What we collect and why

With your consent on submission, we use your name, company, email, country and answers to research lead qualification and pipeline management. We also record your early access choice, submission date, completion time, browser language and notice version. Name, company, email, country and questions 1–24 are required; additional thoughts and early access are optional. Early access contact relies on your separate opt-in. Participation is voluntary.

Gil Lavi, Filippos Voulpiotis, the technical administrator and the host have access for these purposes. Administration includes access from Israel; EU transfers to Israel rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision.

Storage

Identifiable responses are kept until this survey’s analysis is completed, then deleted or anonymised. Early access contact details are kept until early access follow-up is completed or you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.

Unfinished drafts stay in your browser until submission or you clear this site’s browser data. There are no advertising trackers. The host may keep connection and security logs; survey response records do not store IP addresses.

Your rights

Contact [email protected] to withdraw consent or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your applicable data protection authority.
